Quality and speed
Speed in this trade usually costs you quality. It does not here, because the turnaround comes from automation and connected systems rather than from cutting steps. Kynar 500 PVDF, powder coating, Alodyne, chrome phosphate pretreatment, polyurethane and baked enamels — run in house, inspected in house, and signed off by the people who applied them.
Kynar, powder coating and Alodyne typically complete in two to three days on two fully automated lines.
